Drawdown Georgia Higher Education

FOUNDED BY THE GEORGIA CLIMATE PROJECT

Drawdown Georgia Higher Education, an initiative of The Georgia Climate Project, champions colleges and universities as critical actors on the road to carbon neutrality in the state of Georgia. Inspired by Drawdown Georgia, which has identified the most impactful levers for large-scale emissions reductions across the state, the initiative seeks to provide the resources and guidance colleges and universities need to take action on a wide variety of climate solutions.

Metaimpact provides the digital infrastructure to do just that, aligning a growing number of educational institutions across Georgia to focus their individual climate actions toward a bigger collective impact. Using the platform, institutions are able to connect and collaborate with each other, pooling their distinct knowledge and expertise in order to drive towards overarching climate objectives.
