February Product Updates
For the past few months, we’ve been teasing something big. This is it.
Properties is now live in Beta — and it fundamentally upgrades how context works across Metaimpact.
This isn’t just a new feature. It’s the foundation for a more intelligent, connected system.
And we’re just getting started.
🚀 Properties Beta: Now Live
Multi-stakeholder work depends on shared context.
Until now, that context lived in scattered fields and disconnected descriptors. Now, Properties create a flexible, structured layer across every object in your workspace.
What’s live today:
• Create and add custom Properties to describe anything in Metaimpact — organizations, spaces, projects, metrics, assets, and more
• Improved visual display with customizable colors and icons
• All existing attributes have been automatically migrated to Properties
Plus, we’ve launched a new type of property – where the values can be driven by spaces, organizations, or other objects in Metaimpact. For example, instead of selecting static text from a dropdown, you can assign:
• A “Project Leader” Property linked to an actual organization you can click into and message
• A “Stakeholder Type” Property powered by Spaces — opening up full context behind each category
Properties don’t just describe your work. They connect it, and provide the rich context behind it.

What’s coming next
We’re building toward something much bigger. Coming soon:
• Property sharing: create and curate properties for the benefit of a larger multi-stakeholder efforts — like a shared, networked CRM
• Table View for powerful sorting, filtering, and bulk updates
Properties are becoming the connective tissue of the Metaimpact platform — the structured foundation for shared intelligence across teams and partners.

🤖 Beacon: Agentic AI for Multi-Stakeholder Work
AI in Metaimpact isn’t a bolt-on feature.
It’s becoming an embedded, agentic layer across the entire platform.
Beacon is our evolving AI orchestration system — designed to operate across your shared knowledge hub, consuming structured context, permissions, relationships, and live data to support real work across teams and partners.
Unlike generic AI tools, Beacon is:
• Multi-stakeholder by design
• Grounded in your shared context
• Permission-aware
• Deployable across entire networks
And it’s built to power custom AI Agents tailored to specific roles, workflows, and goals.

The first agent now publicly available to all customers is the Metaimpact Guide Agent (Beta) — built to help you understand how to use Metaimpact more effectively.
You can ask it:
• How do I get started?
• What’s the best way to collect data from partners?
• How do I embed charts into a narrative?
• How should I structure this initiative?
It’s like having a Metaimpact expert inside your workspace.
We also have a small group of Beta customers already deploying Custom AI Agents for their own workflows — and there’s much more to come.
👉 Log in and click “Beacon” in the lower right-hand corner of your screen to get started.

📊 Forecasting Comes to Data Studio
Impact isn’t just about tracking the past. Data Studio metrics now support future dates, allowing you to forecast directly inside your dashboards.
Model targets. Visualize projections. Compare actuals against what’s ahead. Because collective action requires forward visibility.

Properties are the headline. The Guide Agent helps you move faster. Dashboards now look forward.
And we’re just getting started.
